We maken kennis met Geïntegreerde Geneeskunde: geneeskunde die is gebaseerd op homeopathie en antroposofie vanuit een spiritueel ontwikkelingsperspectief. Verschillende behandelingsmethoden worden besproken en de bijbehorende preventieve onderzoeksmethoden.. En een aantal thema’s zoals hart- en vaatziekten, suikerziekte, prostaatvergroting & erectiestoornissen, gewrichtsklachten, menopauze & osteoporose, geheugenverlies & dementie.

Planten en producten die we zullen bespreken zijn bijvoorbeeld ginseng, Ginkgo biloba, Sint Janskruid, valeriaan, lavendel, lijnzaad, teunisbloemolie, vitamine D en K, Glucosamines, calcium, Psyllium, plantensterolen, alfa-liponzuur en visolie.

De gepresenteerde behandelingen zijn gericht op de klachten, de diagnose en de constitutie; of ze zijn specifiek aanvullend op een bepaald polycrest zoals Melissa Cupro culta bij Arsenium. De middelen uit de antroposofische geneeskunde geven een 'voorbeeld' naast het 'tegenbeeld' van de remedie. Je leert nieuwe behandelingen toepassen, die de behandeling met de klassiek homeopathische niet doorkruisen maar juist faciliteren.

Dreaming and waking reality are woven together to create a fabric that results in the expression of each individual life. While we all inhabit this multidimensional existence, our world is often seen solely from the external, conscious perspective.

The Importance of Dreams in Homeopathic Practice

Working with dreams nurtures the homeopath's appreciation and intuitive understanding of the symbolic world of the psyche and opens the door to the archetypal realm, which lies behind the more obvious reality.

The greater the homeopath's ability to connect with his or her own dream state, the better he or she is able to see the whole picture of an individual. Familiarity with the dream state on the part of the homeopath, also allows the patient to express inner feelings and dreams that would otherwise not be shared in the homeopathic interview.

Mythology and Materia Medica

Materia medica can be more deeply understood we add the mythological and symbolic point of view to our reading of provings. Myths, fairytales, and folklore are the collective dreams of a society and contain deep insights into the role an animal, mineral, or plant plays in the human psyche. When we combine these insights with information from provings and the scientific understanding of a substance, we develop a broad and useful understanding of a remedy.

Spider and Insect Remedies

The spider and its web has captured the imagination of humankind for eons and appears again and again in mythology. In the Native American traditions she appears as Grandmother Spider who weaves the world. In eastern tradition she is Maya who spins the illusion of reality. And she appears in our provings of spiders and their webs. In this seminar, we will explore the connections between the mythology, provings, and natural science of the spiders.

Connecting to Dreams and Symbols Enhances the Homeopath's Creativity

Homeopathy is an art as well as a science, and this seminar will help the homeopath enhance their creativity and intuition through connection with the dream world and by developing an appreciation for the role that mythology plays in health and healing.

Participants may want to keep a journal of their dreams for a few weeks before, but it is not necessary to remember your dreams to benefit from the seminar.

There will be lots of time for sharing and analyzing of dreams. Be prepared for an enjoyable, healing, and insightful experience. Jane will analyze dreams of participants. There will be step by step instructions on how to analyze dreams in homeopathic practice. We will learn how dreams can help us to follow the healing process.

Weaving Woman

She sits in front of a small loom on the bone-dry earth. Her skin, baked brown like a crackled loaf of bread, drapes over her ample body in folds and wrinkles. Weaving woman wears a multi-colored dress and cloak woven by her mother's mother and previous mothers going back into time. Drawing up the brilliant colored threads, her hands move side to side, forward and back as she patiently weaves her patterns like grandmother spider who unravels her silken threads to weave the illusion of the world. Bio

Jane Tara Cicchetti is an internationally known teacher and writer on the integration of Jungian psychology and homeopathy. We kijken gezamenlijk naar de Conium groep en naar de Myrre groep. Van de Myrre deden we een uitgebreide prooving waarbij veel onzuiverheden aan het licht kwamen.

Verschillende andere voorbeelden van kankerbehandeling zullen besproken worden, belangrijk onderdeel hierin vormen de middelen bij leverpathologie en leverkanker. Ook de medische achtergrond zal hierbij aan bod komen: hoe met deze pathologie om te gaan en welke middelen hierbij in te zetten. Het zal een inzichtgevende dag worden.

The heart-mind-activity approach in Homeopathy

Creating insight from the inside

Experience based learning is always part of the developmental process of good homeopaths. We can only create insights in the core of a remedy, we can only connect ourselves with the healing power of a remedy, by connecting ourselves with the vibrations of the remedy, by trituration of this remedy in a devoted and transparent atmosphere.

Join us for a five day journey with Alize Timmerman at the Hahnemann Institute of the Netherlands in The Hague. It will be a journey into discovering remedies with our heart and our mind.

The workshop will focus on the group of remedies made from human substances, and on remedies related to the hormonal system. Every morning Alize will lecture on a group of remedies. The afternoon activity is more experience based: we will work together researching these remedies by doing together a trituration from a substance connected to the remedies discussed. Alize offers this multi-dimensional course as a way of understanding these remedies, thus creating “insight from inside”. It will be a journey re-connecting us with the deep wisdom of the old wise women and men. Triturations and provings enable us to better feel and understand the “laws” and essence of healing.

In order to make it a more valuable and pleasant journey for all of us, other creative activities also will be used to energize ourselves, and to free ourselves of the day to day routines. These activities will include dance and drawing, as well as working together with family constellations.

The female brain and the science of hormones, love and vitality

The neurobiology of the brain: First we explore how our hormones and neurotransmitters affect our brain functions and how they determine our moods and our thoughts, the way we enjoy life, have fun and experience feelings of happiness. And how these things can derail due to changes in hormonal levels.

In our practise we meet all kind of people, young and old, male and female, some of them asking us to help them with the hormonal changes in their lives.

The six phases in life are:

• Girl / Boy

• Adolescent & Young adult (Male & Female)

• Motherhood / Fatherhood

• Midlife transformation

• Grandmother & grandfather

We will continue to discuss hormonal influences related to these phases and to the transitions from one phase to the other, and the problems and disturbances which may occurring during these transitions. We can relate the miasms to the phases of life, thus creating opportunities to differentiate the proper remedies for diseases which occur in these transitions.

When growing old, not only the body and the hormonal functions changes, but at the same time the mind and spirit change and grow. This causes a change in objectives and perspectives, resulting in the wisdom of the grandparents.

At the institute we developed together with colleagues a number of important remedies, useful in the treatment of parents and children. In the past we discussed among others DNA, Folliculinum, Amniotic Fluid, Umbilical cord, Placenta , Mare urine, Human mother milk (male and female), Vernix and Oxytocin. We will again review a group of remedies (e.g. Adrenaline, Pituitary Gland, Thyroidinum, Cortisone), widely used to treat problems in the menopause and other transitions.
